Returns & Exchanges
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have found a fault with your purchase, please see our Refund and Exchanges Policy below.
- Aloha Lucy will only refund an item if it is faulty and proof of purchase is provided.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind. A credit note or exchange is available for full price items within 14 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
- Payments for refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale.
- Due to health regulations earrings cannot be returned unless faulty - please make your selection carefully.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM:
We accept exchanges for any of the following reasons:
- Your item is the incorrect size
- It doesn't quite suit you
- It's not exactly what you thought it was, or
- You've simply changed your mind?
No need to panic, if you aren't completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a store credit, within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Simply follow the steps below and we'll have you smiling in no time.
Please note Aloha Lucy is not able to accept exchanges for sale items or earrings due to health regulations.
Step 1: Garment must remain unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original tags still attached.
Step 2: Please email our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number. You will also need to confirm if you would prefer a store credit that does not expire OR you can choose to exchange for another item of the same value. If the item you choose to exchange it for is of lesser value than the original item, you will receive a store credit for the remaining amount.
Step 3: Once confirmed with the Aloha Lucy customer service team, please send your item/s back to the address provided above.
Step 4: Once the item/s (in original condition) are back at Aloha Lucy HQ, the customer service team will process your request and email you a code for your store credit OR post the chosen products in exchange for the original item.
*Please note: Alternatively, any items purchased online can be returned in store at any Aloha Lucy boutique UNLESS purchased through Afterpay. Proof of purchase MUST be provided and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
A full refund will be issued for any of the following reasons:
- Your product has arrived broken
- Your product has arrived damaged
- Is deemed to be faulty or
- Has a manufacturer fault?
If you believe that your purchase has a fault, please email our Customer Service Team on email@example.com with your invoice number and the details of the fault and we will happily provide you with a full refund including the cost of shipping. We may ask for photo evidence or to post the item back to Aloha Lucy HQ.
RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY:
If you purchase using Afterpay, you can return any full priced item within 14 days for a full refund of any payments made to date. All remaining payments will be cancelled.
*Please Note: Afterpay returns are not able to be processed in store at any locations. Afterpay returns must be processed online.
To return an Afterpay purchase:
Step 1: Please email our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the reasoning.
Step 2: Once confirmed, please post the item to the address provided above.
Step 3: Once the item is back at Aloha Lucy HQ, your refund will be issued.
